Love your toddler #poem

Slow down mommy, hold my hand.

Hug me now, while you still can.

I’m growing fast, with each new day.

Very soon I’ll push you away.

I’ll do everything on my own, and that’s not to mention,

I won’t want your kisses, your help, or attention.

Love and play with me now while I want you to.

And, please keep your patience, I’m only two.

        oh no, sniff for sure!! I have a 4 and a 2 year old… So I’m just learning to get used to the concept :/
