Because Encouragement SHOULD Be Personal!

A message from my daughter and I today:

To focus on a better 2019 doesn’t mean more makeup and less food. It doesnt mean more filter apps, more ‘friends’, and more parties. It doesnt mean more debt to look good, or keeping up with the neighbors.

Strip all that crap away, take what’s left — as in you… just you… and make the person behind the face a force of confidence to be remembered and to be reckoned with.

Making 2019 a better year means to make healthy and successful choices daily. Eat healthy and treat yourself with the love and respect you deserve. Workout, not for a bikini body, but for the way it makes you feel inside and out! Make smart money choices because the future you is worth it. Wake up every morning and tell yourself how amazing you are, and then ask yourself, ‘What can I do TODAY that’ll make me a better person than I was yesterday?’ … Then do it!! That simple. Big changes come with simple decisions, that transform into lifestyle. GOOD LUCK, YOUVE GOT THIS!!
